Return Policies

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us via email or speak with a customer representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under warranty.  If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone.

Lawn Mowers and Generators are non-refundable and not returnable.

No returns accepted on chemicals or electrical/electronic items.

A local Brand-servicing dealer can handle all products that are currently under warranty. Nonetheless, Gamka Sales Co. Inc. offers free technical support for the life of the machine if purchased from us. We are here to assist you with any problems or questions that may arise.

Refunds and Returns on Hand Held 2-Cycle Equipment:

Unopened Merchandise – You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened Merchandise – Opened products and accessories can be returned within 10 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Return shipping costs lay solely on the buyer in this case. Simply return the item to us, using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in good condition with original materials and proper manuals.
